This is an updated version of the mural I painted in the Business Improvement District Office in downtown Great Falls. The landlord, a local bank, evicted the longtime tenants with thirty days notice, in order to add a couple of parking spaces! The lovely old buildings face the wrecking ball! The mural I painted has been rescued and is safely in storage until it can be displayed once again. Perhaps the artist did her bit with hand saw and crowbar! Her lips are sealed...

WALKING TOUR of BID UNDERPASS MURAL, Great Falls, MT

A walking tour photo album of 93 photos of the recent BID mural located on the north side of the 1st Avenue North gateway underpass in Great Falls, Montana was recently posted onFacebook at http://tiny.cc/6vy3bx.
The mural was sponsored by the Business Improvement District of Great Falls, Montana and was designed by Deeling Gregory and Kelli Rochelle Lawson.  It was completed in the summer of 2013.

PINK LOTUS

Magpies

Chief Magpie presides over a spring gathering in the meadow.  New hatchlings, rabbits and chipmunks are among those in the audience who chatter and chirp their approval of the sunny agenda. Jade and blue hued 
blossoms perfume the breeze.  Sheep graze in the distance while Mr. Sunbeam smiles.  Oil on birch panel,    24" x 30."
